Japanese Marbling Pouch
Founded in 1852, KOUICHI STORE has always pursued tradition and innovation. This attitude is evident in our products.
This pouch expresses the beauty of Japanese nature and scenery.
Japanese Marbling is a technique in which dyes are floated in water mixed with glue, and patterns are created by tracing the surface of the water with a stick.
Its existence was already confirmed in the Heian period (794-1185), and its history is well over 1,000 years old.
The delicate and fluid patterns, like rippling waves, remind us of the movement of the surface of nature’s water and wind, and give viewers a sense of healing and peacefulness.

How to use the Japanese Marbling Pouch
Hand-dyed by craftsmen, this pouch has a sophisticated design that is both traditional and modern.
The size is a little large for a pouch, so it is convenient for organizing small items or for use as a cosmetic pouch.
It can also be used as a notebook case or a book.
The cushioned core also makes it a travel pouch for storing electronic devices such as chargers and earphones when traveling.
It is also recommended as a gift for a loved one.
